Cancellation Policy

Renter cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before rental start: 100% refund
  • Between 2 and 24 hours before rental start: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 hours before rental start: No refund

Outfitter cancellations

  • If an outfitter cancels for any reason, the renter receives a 100% refund.
  • Repeated outfitter cancellations may result in account suspension.

Weather cancellations

  • Weather cancellations are handled at the outfitter's discretion.
  • Outfitters are encouraged to offer full refunds for weather-related cancellations.
  • RhodeRides recommends outfitters communicate weather issues as early as possible.

How refunds work

  • Since RhodeRides does not currently process payments, refunds are handled directly between outfitter and renter.
  • RhodeRides is not responsible for facilitating refunds.
