Cancellation Policy
Renter cancellations
- More than 24 hours before rental start: 100% refund
- Between 2 and 24 hours before rental start: 50% refund
- Less than 2 hours before rental start: No refund
Outfitter cancellations
- If an outfitter cancels for any reason, the renter receives a 100% refund.
- Repeated outfitter cancellations may result in account suspension.
Weather cancellations
- Weather cancellations are handled at the outfitter's discretion.
- Outfitters are encouraged to offer full refunds for weather-related cancellations.
- RhodeRides recommends outfitters communicate weather issues as early as possible.
How refunds work
- Since RhodeRides does not currently process payments, refunds are handled directly between outfitter and renter.
- RhodeRides is not responsible for facilitating refunds.
